Fee for Service Our fee is one-third of the candidate’s total first year compensation. Compensation consists of base salary and any actual, projected, or sign on bonuses that comprise the offer at the time of the acceptance. We bill our clients in three monthly installments. Standard reimbursable expenses include travel, lodging and meals, research, telephone and fax, photocopy, advertising, and mail delivery. We always discuss in advance the out-of-town travel of prospective candidates and our staff, and will request authorization before making any unusual or unanticipated expenditure. |
